Turn to THD when you’re looking for quality, energy-efficient homes. We are a nonprofit organization that was formed by the Fayette County Community Action Agency and Community Action Southwest in 1991. We offer housing programs to people in Fayette, Green, and Washington Counties.
Mortgage rates are through USDA Rural Development and can be as low as 1%. Mortgage terms range from 33 to 38 years, depending on your financial circumstances. The current interest rate is 4.6%. Most of our programs don’t require a down payment because everything is financed through the mortgage.
